We left on November 15th and made the trek across the state to spend a few weeks with my family. We spent ten days in Burns and then moved on to Boise to meet my newest niece Makenna and spend Thanksgiving with Uncle Skye & Aunt Becca! We had so much fun with our cousins!
Me, Mom and Shery, attempting to be crafty at the relief society activity!
It snowed one day we we there, a tiny bit and was freezing cold but they were excited to get outside!
Miller and Bosty became best buds!
Mason got to go to Aunt Shaylee's basketball practice!
We did day care at Grandma's house!
Auntie Shery gave us much needed haircuts!
We had lunch dates with Grandpa! With milkshakes...of course!
We got to watch the girls ballet recital! They did awesome!
For Christmas, Shery and I re-did Dad's office. it was a lot of work but it turned out GREAT! I also typed my mother 500+ addresses onto the computer for her. What a JOB!!!
We went to Church and got to watch the Primary program! And celebrated GG's birthday and Grandma Jana's birthday with two kinds of cheesecake!
We took pictures under Grandma's tree!
The group ones weren't too successful!
Then we made the trip to Boise! Auntie Shery came for a day to attempt "grandkid" pictures for a Christmas present! 8 children under the age of 5 on a cold day = you take what you can get! It's not perfect but its sure a memory!
The girls!
The boys!
Taking a break!
After pictures we took them to a play place and they had so much fun running around with their cousins!
We did all sorts of fun crafts... these are our pine cone Christmas trees!
Marion wanted to eat the paint...I didn't let Miller even attempt!
Then we did graham cracker gingerbread houses!
Miller liked eating those!
Bryce's finished product!
These three boys had too much fun!
As did these two!
My little turkeys on Thanksgiving!
Miller and Makenna. He loved the "bebe." It was so sweet!
We did lots of group baths!
And lots of bedtime stories and scriptures with our cousins!
We had such a great time! Thanks to Skye and Becca for hosting us!
And thankfully the boys did great on the trip home and we made it home just in time for Daddy to get off the boat!
