Can't wait to meet you baby Kasyn....

Amaya is expecting a little boy in December and we got to throw her a shower while she was home! We had a great turnout...the room was packed! It was fun seeing old friends and catching up! And Baby Kasyn got some great stuff and lots of gift cards for Amaya to go shopping for him in Alaska =)

Our adorable cupcakes made by the amazing Tamra Gunderson! Thanks Again!

We went to Burns for the Harney County fair a few weeks ago... We had a great time! It was a good thing we brought lots of clothes - it was 34 degrees one morning and got to about 80 the next day! Crazy weather...
Highlights of the trip:
  • Shey (my little sister) got FFA Grand Champion Beef Showman! WooHoo!!! I taught her everything she knows ;) Just kiddin Shey...great job!
  • Mason got to meet AMAYA! (My best friend who is living in Alaska...)
  • Kev rode the ferris wheel with me...(this is huge...my husband hates heights and ALL rides!)
  • A new kitchen table! (Pictures to come...)
  • And of course lots of time with family and friends =)

Labor Day!

We spent part of Labor Day weekend out at Uncle Dave and Aunt Brenda's farm in Lewis and Clark. We had a great time and were grateful that the weather held and it wasn't raining...=)

Tanner and Kendall on the hammock...

Mason's first hammock ride...

Kev and Ryan out on the river...later in the day kev tipped the kayak over and soaked himself - as well as his wallet and phone =(
Great Grandma Betty and Grandma Laura with Mason. We're happy Grandma Betty is feeling better and got to come out for the weekend!

Knappa Days!

The last weekend in August we have a local event called Knappa Days! The community gets together for a parade, lots of fun activities for kids, and the high-light is the lawn mower races! Mason and I walked down and had a great time!

Watching the parade with Grandpa Corkey...

Ben Bartlett throwing candy to the kiddos on his sweet lawn mower!

Parade watching makes Mason pretty darn tired...

Rice Cereal

We tried rice cereal this morning...Mason isn't a fan quite yet!

Tug!

This is our friend Tug - he is so adorable! Mason and Tug's daddys were college roommates. We are excited for them to grow up together!

This was their first pool party together! Cute boys - they'd rather suck on their fists then look at the camera!
