We closed and got to start moving in on February 5th!! Best.Day.Ever!!
Kevin was such a huge help - And Kevin Bartlett and Toivo came and helped move big stuff! We started on a Friday night and were all moved in by the end of the weekend! Kev helped me decorate everything - I pointed he hung! It felt so so good to finally be settled and we couldn't be happier with our new home!! We LOVE it!!

We were blessed with some February Sunshine and Kevin with some help from Grandpa painted the house! It was such a huge project and didn't finish until March but he was relived when he was finally done! He said next time we are hiring someone ;)
He also built me the perfect porch swing for our front porch!
We put in a few flower beds, a fire pit and he rototilled around the house and planted grass seed! What a project!
These pictures were taken later in the Spring but we absolutely love it and couldn't be happier!!
Thanks Kev for all the hard work you put into making this our home!!
